Return and Refund Policy
Terms of Warranty, Return, and Exchange
- For warranty on OEMs new products warranty will be processed based on OEMs acceptance of claim under manufacturer material defects only.
- Manufacture defective spare parts can be exchanged for new ones.
- At the Company’s discretion, spare parts can be returned within 7 days from delivery date if remained unopened and in original packaging.
- Electrical or electronic parts are not eligible for exchange or return.
